Marlon Givens is a devoted Husband and Father. He is a Proud Graduate of Little Rock Central High. While working in retail for over 21 years, he gained experience in sales strategy, conflict resolution, while learning the importance of communication and teamwork. Marlon's passion for Real Estate comes from his 1st experience as a first-time homebuyer which ultimately ended in foreclosure. This experience forced him to learn the Ins and Outs of the home buying process and after a 2nd successful home purchase, he decided to get his license to become a Realtor! His knowledge of navigating the real estate process has grown over the years to include helping Sellers and Investors while keeping true to his personal motto "buy the house you love and can keep"!
